MSM Inc. is looking to hire new talent for our Warehouse and to support our Production teams. Ideal candidates may have a combination of skills and interests that span across Warehouse, Woodshop or Graphic Production. We will provide opportunities to learn, grow or cross train in those areas based on skills and/or interest.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

WAREHOUSE:

• Ship and return show materials on a timely basis and according to project plan and internal procedures

• Deliver an exceptional level of internal and external customer service

• Demonstrate and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met

• Maintain accurate inventory management.

• Manage the set-up of properties prior to show ship when required

UTILIZE OR LEARN SKILLS IN THE WOODSHOP AND/OR GRAPHIC PRODUCTION:

Woodshop:

• Fabricates high-quality HPL laminated cabinets, walls, display cases, etc.

• Use of standard woodshop equipment such as table saws, routers, air guns, drill, CNC, etc.

Graphic Production:

• Operates various graphics department equipment including flatbed printers, vinyl plotter, and iCut automated cutter

• Help to facilitate the finishing of graphic production including vinyl production and mounting and trimming of digital prints

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:

• Pursue continuous learning, set and achieve personal growth goals each quarter

• Lead and manage processes to become an expert source of information company wide

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Effectively uses a variety of written and oral communication methods

• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office and Excel

• Ability to load and unload materials and supplies (75 lbs.)

• Ability to safely operate a fork truck

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools: cutting, drilling, sanding, laminating, spraying, etc.

• 2-4 years warehousing and /or carpentry experience or relevant degree/education

• Trouble shooting / problem solving abilities

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter

• Must have a sense of urgency to obtain results, consistently meet deadlines and produce

accurate work

Compensation Range:

Although MSM Inc. is looking to hire Warehouse talent on our Production team, an ideal candidate may have a combination of skills and interests that span more than just Warehousing (such as Woodshop or Graphic Production) and we will provide opportunities in those areas based on skills and/or interest.

$20 - $25/hour
